Here's a little information about us...
The Irish Balloonfest is a scheduled event of The Dublin-Laurens County St. Patrick's Festival...a month long festival which started in March, 1966. The Irish Balloonfest began in March, 2003 and is one of Dublin's most exciting events during the month long celebration. The Irish Balloonfest kicks off with a low profile balloon flight from the front lawn of the Carl Vinson VA Center Friday afternoon. Balloon flights also take place on Saturday morning and afternoon as well as Sunday morning. The 2010 event will coincide with the 2nd annual Southern Pines Car, Truck, & Motorcycle Show (click here for flyer) at the Southern Pines Recreational Complex Ag and Expo Center on Saturday, March 6, 2010.
